Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time recruiter?

Do you have a candidate guarantee?
A candidate guarantee is typically provided when you’ve paid a large, lump-sum commission to a recruiter for a placement. The guarantee acts as a way to ensure the recruiter isn’t only focused on receiving a commission.
That’s not how we work. Think of Talentjoy as a fractional extension of your team, committed to your growth and success throughout the hiring process. By decoupling the recruiting fee from the actual hiring, we’re able to work as partners with a common goal of growing and evolving your company, together.

What if I don't like the candidates you’re sharing?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the candidate benchmarks and engagement strategy until you love what you see.
How long will it take Talentjoy to fill a role?
On average, most permanent placement roles are filled within 60 days, and most freelance roles are filled within 5 days.
Are job listings and advertising included?
Advertising and sponsored job postings are not required for us to work effectively, but are always an option if it’s something you’d like to try.
Any costs for job listings or advertising, including sponsored job posts, are not included in the monthly subscription.
What products does Talentjoy recruit with?
Most searches begin with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and are supplemented with your existing tech stack to ensure scalability.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many search requests to your queue as you'd like. We recommend you triage them in business critical order.
How do I add new searches to the queue?
Talentjoy offers a ton of flexibility in how you add new searches to your queue using Google Drive. Some common ways clients request new roles is directly sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief video. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared with a link, it's fair game.
What if I only have a single role to fill?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional recruitment needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one open role at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription might come in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
I pay many of my vendors after completion of work. Why does Talentjoy require payment upfront?
Upfront payment ensures a high level of commitment between you and Talentjoy from the very start.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-touch nature of our work, there will be no refunds issued.
